This is an obnoxious app that you must install in order to attend the event you just paid money for tickets to. They don't tell you that 'till after you have paid. There are plenty of ways to get the event ticket information from Dice to me to the entrance of the venue. I will be uninstalling this app about 37 milliseconds after I get into the show.
Convenient, fantastic app that helps me find and have easy access to tickets for lots of gigs, parties and events in general. If only I'd found it sooner!
This is a stupid system. Far too many redundant steps. Just email a pdf of tickets. I will be deleting this as application as soon as I've used the tickets, and I will tell anyone who will listen to avoid this rubbish like the plague.
The app crashes every time I type in my phone number to sign in
Pride themselves on no extra fees then show magically sells out instantly and they bump up the price slightly on a "waiting list".
Despite the fact that purchases are protected by most EU countries, this company stands out by being specially against that right. They won’t give you a refund no matter how legitimate your reason is. They just referred me back to their terms, not looking at me as a human but as text in a contract. Don’t use this service: just buy your tickets directly from the organizer.
Can't even download
These guys support organizers (Primavera sound) who try to scam buyers. I paid extra for the "refund protection" option (a button supported by Dice) and was told twice the only way to refund tickets was to sell them to someone else. What??? The third time, I was sent to a 3rd party website and told to upload proof of purchase of my ticket in order to request a refund. Total scam. Don't buy primavera tickets with refund protection on this app. Incredibly dissapointed.
