"These guys support organizers (Primavera sound) who try to scam buyers. I paid extra for the "refund protection" option (a button supported by Dice) and was told twice the only way to refund tickets was to sell them to someone else. What??? The third time, I was sent to a 3rd party website and told to upload proof of purchase of my ticket in order to request a refund. Total scam. Don't buy primavera tickets with refund protection on this app. Incredibly dissapointed."
